The Toronto Shore Club is now hiring experienced line cooks. We are specifically looking for passionate grill cooks, saute cooks and fish cooks that have worked in a high volume fine dining restaurant. The menu is based on classic French cooking. All sauces and stocks are made in house. Nothing is made from a bag, or a powder. We also butcher and portion all steaks and seafood in house.
